Job Description

You’ll manage end-to-end operations for Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and our Shopify website. Own product listings, optimize content, track performance, and drive sales growth. Use Advanced Excel to analyze data, manage inventory, and report key metrics.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Create and optimize product listings with SEO titles, keywords, A+ content & images

·       Manage inventory, pricing, promotions, and stock updates across all portals

·       Monitor daily sales, orders, returns, ratings & ad campaigns using Advanced Excel

·       Handle seller portal queries, claims, and payment reconciliations

·       Coordinate with design, logistics & customer support for smooth operations

·       Generate weekly performance reports & competitor analysis using Pivots, VLOOKUP, dashboards

 

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

·    Experience: Minimum 4 years in e-commerce operations, preferably beauty/FMCG. Expert in Advanced Excel. Hands-on with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, Shopify. Strong with listing optimization, SEO, and catalog management. Detail-oriented, proactive, and target-driven.

·    Ability to work independently and collaboratively

·    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·    Having good communication skills
