Job Description
Reports to: Founder
About
We are building high-potential, e-commerce-first brands and are at a growth
inflection stage and looking for someone who can think like a category head and
execute like an owner.
Role Objective
Own marketplace growth and performance across brands.
Drive structured revenue growth, improve conversion and profitability
This is not a catalog or operations role. This is a growth ownership role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Growth Ownership
Own SKU-level performance across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit
Track revenue, conversion rate, traffic, TACOS, and profitability
Identify growth levers: pricing, bundles, offers, cross-sell, new launches
Improve hero SKU performance and portfolio mix
Category research to launch new products
2. Listing & Conversion Optimization
Continuously optimize listings (content, keywords, images, A+ content)
Improve conversion rate through data-backed changes
Monitor review patterns and customer sentiment
Collaborate with designers for conversion-focused creatives
3. Competitor & Category Intelligence
Conduct structured weekly competitor benchmarking
Track pricing trends, offer strategy, ranking shifts
Identify whitespace opportunities in category
4. Amazon PPC and Ads management
Run, monitor, and optimize Sponsored Ads (SP, SB, SD).
Work closely with external ads agency
Align ad strategy with SKU priorities
Monitor TACOS and profitability
Ensure ad investments translate into business growth
5. Order & Inventory Management
Forecast demand and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking.
Prevent stockouts/overstocking by monitoring sales trends.
6. D2C & Website Growth
Emhance website. Improve website conversion basics (PDP structure, bundles, offers)
Align marketplace messaging with brand narrative
Support performance marketing initiatives with strong landing structure
6. Reporting & Business Visibility
Build and maintain weekly dashboards
Track daily/weekly sales, BSR (Best Seller Rank), and competitor moves.
Flag risks and opportunities proactively
Recommend action plans instead of just reporting data
Skills & Qualifications
✔ 1+ years of Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central experience.
✔ Hands-on with Amazon PPC, keyword research, and listing optimization.
✔ Basic understanding of inventory & order management
✔ Analytical – Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
✔ Proactive, problem-solving mindset (bootstrapped startup environment).
Good to Have
· Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or other Amazon tools.
· Knowledge of Amazon SEO & external traffic strategies.
