Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Education Counsellor to guide students in selecting suitable academic programs, career paths, and educational institutions. The candidate will provide counselling support, assist with admissions, maintain student records, and build strong relationships with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students regarding courses, career options, admissions, and educational opportunities.
• Understand students’ academic background, interests, and career goals.
• Provide information about universities, colleges, certification programs, and admission procedures.
• Assist students with application forms, documentation, and enrollment processes.
• Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions data.
• Coordinate with universities, institutions, and internal teams.
• Conduct seminars, webinars, and career guidance sessions.
• Achieve admission and counseling targets assigned by management.
• Handle student queries professionally and resolve concerns promptly.
