Key Roles and Responsibilities Process Wise-
Production Helper 1
1. Clean Bottles
2. Clean Caps
3. Fill Caps into the Screw Capping Machine
4. Supervise Capping Machine
5. Check post capping area's clearance
Production Helper 2
1. Dusting of machines
2. Start Kettle with RO Water for initial cleaning of pipes
3. Start Labelling of Previous Batch
4. Put Bottles on Turn Table and Supervise Filling Machine
5. Start Chiller and maintain constant look for it
Production Supervisor
1. Put RM after Kettle is Ready
2. Maintain hygiene of the factory
3. Run warm water throw the line before production
4. Fill water for batch and start kettle
5. Regular QC (pH, TDS of RO Water, Temperature of kettle, Filling temperature, Reduction of wastage, hygeine of production line and overall factory)
6. Regular Documentation of Raw Material
7. Receving of RM
8. Affair related to outside factory such as repair and parts purchase
