Job Description
Sales & Business Development
- Client Acquisition: Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and market research within the Delhi/NCR region.
- Pitching & Proposals: Deliver persuasive sales presentations, conduct site risk assessments, and prepare customized commercial proposals for potential clients.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and service level agreements (SLAs) while ensuring profitability.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with facility managers, hotel general managers, and corporate HRs to ensure contract renewals and upselling.
Operations & Field Coordination
- Site Inspections: Conduct routine site visits to ensure security guards and hospitality staff are deployed, well-groomed, and following duty protocols. [1]
- Client Retention: Act as the primary point of contact for client feedback, address service escalations rapidly, and coordinate with the operations team to resolve issues.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing, service offerings, and emerging security or hospitality trends to refine sales strategies. [1, 2]
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of proven field sales experience, ideally within security services, manpower outsourcing, or the hospitality sector.
- Key Skills: Strong negotiation, exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and a high degree of networking ability.
- Local Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the local market and business hubs in Noida and the wider NCR area
