Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) - Meta (Business AI) Process

About the RoleThe BDE will be responsible for driving on-ground adoption of WhatsApp Business AI among SMBs by visiting assigned merchants, educating them, and enabling successful activation and usage.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesVisit assigned SMBs in the given territory.
2. Pitch and educate merchants on WhatsApp Business AI features and benefits
3. Assist merchants in updating WhatsApp Business App (if required)
4. Configure and activate Business AI for eligible businesses
5. Train business owners on using AI features effectively
6. Capture and submit required screenshots/proofs of activation
7. Support merchant retention through basic guidance and follow-ups.
8. Achieve daily/weekly visit targets and monthly sales targets.
9. Maintain accurate records of meetings, sales updates, and merchant feedback in the CRM or reporting tracker.
10. RequirementsGraduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred).
11. 1–2 years of experience in merchant onboarding, field sales, or digital product adoption.
12. Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business App setup, configuration, and usage.
13. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
14. Comfortable with daily field visits and target-driven sales roles.
15. Bike and an Android Phone are mandatory (for travel & details capturing).
