JOB DESCRIPTION: FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE

Operating across a Pan-India network, we deliver cutting-edge visual and hardware solutions to corporate, educational, and institutional clients. To support our targets in revenue, we are expanding our high-velocity field sales team with professionals who value accountability, transparency, and data-driven execution.


Position Summary

The Field Sales Executive is responsible for B2B client acquisition, high-value corporate/institutional closures, and on-ground relationship management. Unlike traditional sales roles, this position requires absolute execution of commercial discipline. The ideal candidate will not just close deals, but own the entire order lifecycle—from precise technical quoting and transparent payment term disclosure to the ultimate realization of cash in the company’s bank account.


Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions

Lead Conversion & Field Appraisals

  • Conduct on-site product demonstrations, technical pitches, and consultations for high-value interactive hardware (solutions ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹3 Lakhs+).
  • Map and visit corporate offices, educational institutions, coaching hubs, and government entities to generate and close prospective pipelines.
  • Maintain a mandatory, real-time digital log of all daily client visits via the company’s tracking application (including geofenced clock-ins and clock-outs at customer premises).


Commercial Accuracy & "Gate 1" Governance

  • Precise Quoting: Formulate and present final client quotes strictly aligned with corporate pricing matrices. Cross-verify inventory availability with the procurement desk before locking in final delivery timelines with clients.
  • Transparent Terms: Explicitly communicate, document, and obtain written customer sign-off on payment terms (Advance payment splits, Partial COD, or Hub-based COD requirements for heavy cargo) prior to booking the order.
  • Deal Sheet Ownership: Complete and submit the mandatory Sales Deal Sheet for every closed order. No order will be pushed to the warehouse for dispatch without a verified, mistake-free sheet.


Collection & Payment Realization

  • Own the collection cycle. Understand that a sale is incomplete until the company has received 100% of the funds.
  • Coordinate directly with clients to resolve payment bottlenecks, manage cash/digital collection handovers on site, and ensure smooth processing of Hub-based COD pickups.


Daily Reporting & Expense Discipline

  • Participate in the mandatory 10:30 AM Daily Huddle to outline top field priorities and submit a structured Daily Status Report (DSR) by 7:00 PM.
  • Adhere strictly to the company's Daily Allowance (DA) model for travel, food, and conveyance. Submit clear, accurate, and non-bloated outstation travel itineraries for pre-approval.


Required Qualifications & Competencies

  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven field sales experience in IT hardware, AV systems, consumer electronics, telecom B2B, or high-value office automation products.
  • Technical Familiarity: Comfortable demonstrating tech hardware (Android OS setups, multi-touch panels, digital signage displays). Highly proficient in using smartphone apps for GPS-based attendance and reporting.
  • Negotiation & Clarity: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and functional English. Must have the confidence to firmly establish and clarify financial/COD terms with customers up front.
  • Resilience: High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable traveling extensively within assigned regional territories.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) / Success Metrics

  • Monthly Sales Quota: Achieving a consistent individual revenue target (~₹40 Lakhs to ₹50 Lakhs per month to support the company's growth plan).
  • Collection Turnaround: Keeping outstanding market credit to 0% by ensuring tight adherence to advance and COD collection schedules.
  • Operational Compliance: 100% accuracy in submitting Deal Sheets and geofenced field logs.
  • Zero-Loss Logistics: Keeping customer-rejection rates (RTOs) at 0% by ensuring zero communication gaps regarding delivery methods and hub pick-ups.


Employment Terms & Offer Details

  • Employment Type: Full-Time, Field Role
  • Location: Based out of Ghaziabad (Covering defined regional hubs)
  • Compensation: ₹18,500 – ₹30,000 Fixed Base Salary per month (Commensurate with experience)
  • Incentive Structure: High-yield variable commission (0.5% to 1.0%) calculated strictly on realized bank collections, creating uncapped earning potential for aggressive, high-performing executors.
  • Operational Guardrail Clause: In cases where reverse freight/RTO losses occur specifically due to the concealment or miscommunication of delivery terms by the salesperson, performance variable penalties will apply.
