Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to manage the end-to-end sales cycle for our smart home automation solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for everything from initial lead engagement and site surveys to technical demonstrations and final deal closure. You will be the face of VMK Home Automation, ensuring a seamless experience for our premium clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Management: Handling inbound inquiries and making outbound calls to potential clients (architects, interior designers, and homeowners).

• Site Consultation: Conducting on-site visits to understand the layout and technical requirements of the property.

• Solution Design: Explaining our automation products (Lighting, Security, Climate Control, etc.) and suggesting the best-fit solutions to the client.

• Product Demonstration: Providing live demos of smart home features to build client confidence.

• Negotiation & Closure: Preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and following up consistently to close the deal.

• Relationship Management: Maintaining strong ties with industry partners like builders and decorators for recurring leads.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 3–10years of experience in Field Sales, Real Estate, or the Consumer Electronics industry.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Local language.

• Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand basic home wiring and smart technology (training will be provided, but an interest in gadgets is a plus).

• Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler for frequent site visits and client meetings.

• Soft Skills: Strong persuasion skills, a professional grooming standard, and a "never-give-up" attitude toward targets.
