Field Sales Executive

We're looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our growing FMCG sales team. If you enjoy meeting customers, achieving targets, and building strong market relationships, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate sales through field visits, cold calling, product presentations, and direct meetings

2. Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into customers

3. Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and clients

4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

5. Conduct market research to improve product visibility and sales

6. Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and daily sales activities

7. Share market feedback and sales reports with management

8. Expand and manage the customer database

Requirements:

1. Minimum qualification: 12th Pass and above

2. 1–3 years of experience in FMCG or field sales preferred

3. Good communication and convincing skills

4. Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities

5. Basic smartphone and computer knowledge

6. Familiarity with local markets is a plus

7. Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
