Field Sales Executive (FMCG Selling)
Job Description:
Hamari company ko Makhana brands ki marketing aur sales ke liye energetic aur mehnati Field Sales Executive / Sales Boy ki zaroorat hai.
Kaam Kya Karna Hoga (Roles & Responsibilities):
- Apne local area ke Kirana dukan, General stores, Bakery, aur Wholesalers par ghumna hoga.
- Dukanwaron ko Makhana ke packets dikhane honge aur naye orders lene honge.
- Naye Distributors Appoint karna
- Purane customers (retailers) & Distributors se acche rishte banaye rakhna aur unhe regular maal supply karwana.
- Daily sales ki report sham ko manager ko deni hogi.
Kaun Apply Kar Sakta Hai (Requirements):
- Education: 10th / 12th Pass ya Graduate.
- Experience: Fresher aur Experienced dono apply kar sakte hain (Sales ka experience ho toh fayda milega).
- Zaroori Cheezein: Aapke paas apni Bike (with Driving License) aur Android Mobile hona chahiye.
- Aapko local markets ki acchi samajh honi chahiye aur baat karne me smart hona chahiye.
Salary & Benefits (Paisa Kitna Milega):
- Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 (Performance ke hisab se)
- Fixed Salary + Petrol Allowance (₹3,000) alag se diya jayega.
- Incentive: Har packet bechne par extra incentive (Jitna zyada bechoge, utni zyada salary badhti jayegi).
Job Location: Ghaziabad / Noida/ Delhi (NCR)
Working Days: 25 Days (Sunday Off)
