Football Coach

Are you passionate about football and love working with kids? Slambook Education is seeking energetic, dedicated, and fun-loving Football Coaches to lead our evening youth programs. Your primary goal will be to introduce small children to the "beautiful game" by building their confidence, coordination, and teamwork in a safe, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Skill Development: Plan and deliver age-appropriate football drills focusing on basics like dribbling, passing, and motor skills.

• Mentorship: Act as a positive role model for young athletes, encouraging sportsmanship and discipline.

• Safety First: Ensure the safety and well-being of all children during the session.

• Engagement: Keep the energy high! Use creative games and storytelling to keep small children engaged and excited about the sport.

• Communication: Briefly update parents on their child’s progress and coordinate with the Slambook Education team regarding schedules and equipment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Football Expertise: A solid understanding of football rules and techniques. Previous playing or coaching experience is a major plus.

• Kid-Friendly Personality: Exceptional patience and the ability to connect with "small kids" (typically ages 5–12).

• Reliability: Since these are evening classes, punctuality is non-negotiable.

• Communication Skills: Fluent in [Insert Language, e.g., English/Hindi/Local Language] to effectively instruct students.

• Certification: (Optional but preferred) AIFF/D-License or any physical education background.
