Job Description

Design and layout children’s textbooks, workbooks, and activity books using Adobe InDesign

Create visually engaging, age-appropriate layouts with proper typography and color balance

Coordinate with content writers and illustrators for cohesive book design

Prepare print-ready files (bleeds, margins, CMYK, etc.)

Ensure consistency across series and grade levels

Adapt designs as per curriculum and brand guidelines

Required Skills

Strong command over Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator

Experience in children’s publishing (must)

Good sense of color, typography, and visual storytelling

Understanding of print production processes

Attention to detail and deadline management
