Head - Operations

Job Title: Operations & E-commerce CoordinatorJob Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Operations Coordinator to oversee our daily business workflow. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between our online sales channels and our production floor. The ideal candidate will ensure that products are manufactured to quality standards, packaged securely, and shipped to customers or fulfillment centers on time.

Key Responsibilities1. E-Commerce Management

• Monitor daily orders across various marketplaces (Amazon, website, etc.).
• Update inventory levels to prevent overselling.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to resolve shipping delays or fulfillment center issues.

2. Production Oversight

• Supervise the daily production schedule to ensure stock levels meet demand.
• Conduct quality checks on finished goods (e.g., ceramics, home decor) to maintain brand standards.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the manufacturing process.

3. Packaging & Logistics

• Manage the packing team to ensure items are handled with care and packed according to marketplace guidelines.
• Optimize packaging materials to reduce transit damage while maintaining aesthetic appeal.
• Generate shipping labels and coordinate daily pickups with courier partners.

4. Daily Reporting

• Maintain a daily log of production output vs. sales.
• Report on damaged inventory or supply shortages (raw materials, boxes, tape).
• Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: 1–2 years in e-commerce operations, retail management, or warehouse supervision.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and experience with e-commerce seller dashboards.
• Detail Oriented: High attention to detail regarding product quality and packaging security.
• Problem Solver: Ability to handle logistics "fires," such as rejected shipments or inventory discrepancies.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with suppliers and team members.
• Preferred AttributesExperience specifically with fragile goods or home decor.
• Familiarity with fulfillment center (FBA) requirements and appointment scheduling.
