Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a smart, active, and responsible HR Recruiter who can help us hire the right people for MoonAir. The candidate will be responsible for finding, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews for different roles such as sales executives, factory staff, office staff, warehouse staff, telecallers, technicians, and managers.

The person should be good at communication, follow-up, coordination, and should be able to close hiring quickly.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & HiringUnderstand hiring requirements from management and department heads.
  • Create job descriptions for different positions.
  • Post jobs on platforms like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, Facebook groups, and local hiring channels.
  • Search and shortlist candidates as per company requirements.
  • Call candidates and explain the job role, salary, location, and company details.
  • Schedule interviews with the concerned department.
  • Maintain candidate pipeline for current and future hiring.
  • Screening & CoordinationConduct initial telephonic screening.
  • Check candidate experience, salary expectations, notice period, and availability.
  • Coordinate interview timings between candidates and internal teams.
  • Follow up with candidates until joining.
  • Keep backup candidates ready for important roles.
  • Joining & DocumentationCollect required documents from selected candidates.
  • Help with joining formalities.
  • Maintain employee records and hiring data.
  • Coordinate offer letters, appointment letters, and basic HR documentation.
  • Employee SupportHelp new employees settle into the company.
  • Coordinate with departments for onboarding.
  • Support HR team in attendance, employee communication, and basic HR operations if required.
  • Hiring ReportsMaintain daily recruitment tracker.
  • Report number of calls made, candidates shortlisted, interviews scheduled, selected candidates, and joined candidates.
  • Share weekly hiring status with management.
  • Required SkillsGood communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
  • Strong calling and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to convince candidates and close positions fast.
  • Basic knowledge of job portals and hiring platforms.
  • Good coordination and record-keeping skills.
  • Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Target-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle multiple openings at the same time.
  • Preferred Experience1–3 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Experience in hiring for sales, factory, manufacturing, FMCG, consumer durable, appliance, or field staff roles will be preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
  • Key Performance IndicatorsNumber of relevant candidates sourced daily.
  • Number of interviews scheduled.
  • Number of candidates selected.
  • Number of successful joinings.
  • Time taken to close each position.
  • Candidate retention after joining.
  • Quality of candidates hired.

Ideal Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate should be energetic, disciplined, fast in follow-up, and capable of hiring people quickly. The person should understand that recruitment is not just posting jobs, but actively calling, convincing, following up, and closing candidates.
