Inside Sales Specialist – Bathware & Tiles
Job Summary
An Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for generating sales by handling customer inquiries, converting leads into orders, maintaining relationships with dealers, architects, interior designers, builders, and retail customers, and coordinating with the field sales and operations teams. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
Generate and qualify new sales leads.
Follow up with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, dealers, and retail customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable bathware, sanitaryware, faucets, and tile products.
Prepare quotations, price offers, and sales proposals.
Convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
