Interior Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with a strong specialization in Hotels and Resorts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality design, an eye for luxury and functionality, and the flexibility to work on outstation projects across diverse locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop innovative interior design solutions for hotels, resorts, and hospitality spaces
• Create mood boards, design presentations, 3D visualizations, and detailed drawings
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project teams to ensure design intent is executed accurately
• Conduct site visits and supervise installations, especially for outstation projects
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories aligned with brand identity and project goals
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination
• Stay updated with the latest trends in hospitality and luxury interior design

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or related field
• 3–7+ years of experience in hotel/resort or hospitality design projects
• Strong portfolio showcasing completed hospitality projects
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel and work on outstation project sites for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly design practices
• Experience working with luxury or boutique hospitality brands
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
