Job Description
- 1. Project Execution & SupervisionSupervise day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out and finishing works (e.g., gypsum, painting, flooring, carpentry, electrical, plumbing).
- Ensure all work is carried out as per design specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Monitor and enforce project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- 2. Team & Workforce ManagementCoordinate with subcontractors, workers, and suppliers on site.
- Manage workforce allocation, shift scheduling, and attendance tracking.
- Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
- 3. Material & Resource ManagementEnsure timely delivery and proper storage of materials.
- Check material quality and quantity against BOQ and drawings.
- Raise material requisitions and track usage.
- 4. Quality Control & ComplianceInspect work progress and finished work to ensure compliance with standards.
- Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, health, and safety regulations.
- 5. Coordination & CommunicationLiaise with project managers, architects, designers, and clients.
- Coordinate between different trades (civil, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
- Attend site meetings and prepare reports or updates on project status.
- 6. Documentation & ReportingMaintain site logs, reports, and daily progress records.
- Update drawings and documents if changes occur (as-built drawings).
- Prepare reports on delays, incidents, or changes in scope.
- 7. Health & SafetyImplement and monitor safety procedures on site.
- Report and investigate incidents or accidents.
- Ensure PPE compliance and safe work practices.
