Job Title: Experienced Multi-Cuisine Chef (Indian, Chinese, Tandoor & Specialty)

Location: Ghazibad

The hunger spoon is looking for a passionate and skilled Chef to join our team, specializing in authentic Indian curries, Tandoor, Chinese, and specialized Chaap items. If you are creative, consistent, and love working in a high-energy kitchen, we want you. [1, 2]

Key Responsibilities (Duties):


  • Menu Execution: Prepare and cook high-quality North Indian, Chinese, and Tandoori dishes.
  • Specialty Preparation: Expert handling of soya chaap (varieties), marination, and preparation.
  • Beverage Management: Prepare a variety of shakes and beverages, maintaining consistency in taste.
  • Tandoor Mastery: Expertly operate the tandoor oven for naans, rotis, and kebabs.
  • Kitchen Management: Maintain high standards of food hygiene (SOPs), ensure cleanliness, and manage raw material inventory.

Consistency & Quality: Ensure consistent taste and presentation for all meals served.
