Lead Electronic PCB Design & Hardware Engineer

We are building next-generation hardware systems (motherboard and embedded architecture) and are looking for a Lead PCB Architect with 5+ years of experience to drive system-level design, innovation, and R&D.

This is not a layout-only role. We are looking for someone who can think beyond PCB design at the level of chipsets, processors, and complete system architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and design complex multilayer PCBs (motherboards / CPU boards)

- Develop systems involving processors, memory, and high-speed interfaces

- Lead R&D initiatives and solve complex hardware challenges

- Ensure signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC compliance

- Work on embedded firmware and system integration

- Collaborate with hardware, software, and manufacturing teams

Must-Have Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in high-speed PCB design

- Strong understanding of chipsets, processors, and system architecture

- Proficiency in tools: KiCad, Cadence (Allegro/OrCAD), Altium, Flux

- Programming experience in C, C++, Python (C# is a plus)

- Experience in embedded systems and firmware development

- Knowledge of protocols: SPI, I2C, UART, PCIe

Bonus:

- Experience with motherboard / CPU PCB design

- IoT or edge device development experience

- Familiarity with RTOS or Embedded Linux

- Exposure to FPGA or AI hardware systems
