Position: Loan Processing Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, experienced, and well-trained Female Loan Processing Executive who can independently handle complete loan files from start to finish with speed and accuracy. The candidate should have strong knowledge of banking documentation, loan file management, eligibility understanding, and document verification.
The candidate must ensure that every loan file received in the office is properly arranged, verified, and completed within 2 working days.
Key Responsibilities
Handle complete loan file processing from the 1st page to final submission.
Verify and arrange all required documents as per bank requirements.
Maintain proper coordination with clients, sales team, and banks.
Check customer eligibility, financials, banking, GST, ITR, and property documents.
Ensure files are login-ready within the committed timeline.
Maintain accuracy and avoid document deficiencies or rejections.
Follow up for pending documents from clients.
Maintain proper MIS and file records.
Understand documentation requirements for:
Home Loans
LAP (Loan Against Property)
Business Loans
Working Capital / CC Limits
SME Loans
Required Skills & Knowledge
Strong knowledge of loan documentation and banking processes.
Understanding of documents such as:
ITR
GST Returns
Bank Statements
Balance Sheets
Salary Documents
Property Papers
KYC Documents
CMA Data (basic understanding preferred)
Ability to identify missing or incorrect documents quickly.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under timelines and pressure.
Experience Required
Minimum 1–3 years experience in loan processing, banking operations, DSA, NBFC, or financial services.
Candidates with prior experience in PSU bank loan processing will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate
Female candidate preferred.
Smart, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
Fast learner with professional behavior.
Should be capable of handling multiple files simultaneously.
Salary
Salary will depend on experience, knowledge, and performance.
