Role Summary:

The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) – Mortgage Loans is responsible for driving home loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) sales within an assigned territory by sourcing business through channel partners, DSAs, builders, and direct customers while achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage home loan and mortgage business in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with DSAs, builders, real estate brokers, and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly disbursement and revenue targets.
• Source new customers and ensure smooth loan processing and documentation.
• Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for timely loan approval and disbursement.
• Track sales pipeline and provide market and competitor insights.

Requirements:

• Graduate (MBA preferred).
• 3–7 years of experience in mortgage/home loan/LAP sales.
• Strong sales, networking, and relationship management skills.
