Job Description : Office Coordinator
Job KRA
1.Office coordinate responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day office work
2. Coordinating with employees and management
3.Manage office correspondenceof clients, including emails, phone calls, courier services, and official letters.
4.Maintain and organize company records, files, and confidential documents.
5.Schedule meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and record minutes of meetings.
6.Coordinate travel arrangements, expanses etc of employees and visitors.
7.Monitor and maintain office supplies, stationery, and equipment inventory.
8.Coordinate with office maintenance, housekeeping, security, and other support services.
9.Support HR in employee onboarding, attendance records, visitor management, and employee engagement activities.
10.Assist with payment followup, expense records, and vendor .
11.Coordinate with production, quality, procurement, logistics, and other departments for administrative support.
12.Handle reception .
13.Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
Minimum required Graduate
Married Women Prefer
Experience
1–4 years of experience in office Assistant or office coordination.
Knowladge and working in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook ,gmail etc.
