Plastic Extrusion Machine Operator

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Plastic Extrusion Machine Operator with strong knowledge of extrusion processes, machine operation, troubleshooting, and complete plant setup. The candidate should be capable of independently operating and managing the extrusion line while ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and set up plastic extrusion machines and complete extrusion lines.

Monitor and control process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and output.

Handle raw materials including PP, PE, HDPE, LDPE, PVC, etc.

Perform machine adjustments, die changes, screen changes, and product changeovers.

Troubleshoot process and machine issues to minimize downtime.

Ensure product quality and production targets are achieved.

Conduct basic maintenance and maintain production records.

Follow safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Plastic Extrusion Manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of Single Screw and Twin Screw Extruders.

Experience with complete extrusion plant setup and operations.

Good troubleshooting, maintenance, and quality control skills.

Ability to work independently and manage production efficiently.

Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Plastic Technology, or related field preferred.
