Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Associate to support the purchasing and vendor management functions of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, maintaining procurement records, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in sourcing and selecting vendors and suppliers.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
• Compare quotations and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding procurement requirements.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, invoices, and contracts.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and procurement process improvements.
• Resolve supplier-related issues including delays, shortages, or quality concerns.
• Prepare procurement reports and documentation for management review
• Knowledge of electrical equipment Purchase

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations preferred
