Quality Incharge

The Finishing / Quality In-Charge is responsible for ensuring that all bags and garments meet the company's quality standards before packing and dispatch. This role oversees finishing operations, conducts quality inspections, manages finishing staff, identifies defects, implements corrective actions, and ensures customer specifications are consistently met.

Finishing Operations

• Supervise all finishing activities.
• Ensure finished products comply with customer specifications and approved samples.
• Monitor daily production targets and finishing efficiency.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely completion of orders.

Quality Control

• Inspect products for defects such as stitching issues, fabric/material defects, incorrect measurements, color variation, printing/embroidery defects, hardware defects, and finishing flaws.
• Perform random quality audits during finishing and packing.

Team Management

• Supervise and train finishing and quality inspection staff.
• Allocate work and monitor employee performance.
• Conduct skill development and quality awareness sessions.
• Key SkillsStrong knowledge of garment and bag manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of fabrics, trims, accessories, and hardware.
• Knowledge of stitching standards and seam quality.
• Familiarity with AQL inspection methods.
• Ability to identify manufacturing defects.
• Good leadership and team management skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, ERP systems).
• Good communication skills.
