Job Description
Job Title: real estate sales executive– Real Estate
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to drive high performance
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Handle key clients and close high-value deals effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
- Develop and implement sales strategies; monitor team performance
- Conduct site visits, lead team meetings, and provide regular reports to the Director
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in the real estate industry
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities
- Excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills
