Job Description
Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Galaxy Blue Sapphire Plaza, Greater Noida West
Responsibilities:
- Key ResponsibilitiesCall assigned leads on a daily basis and generate qualified prospects.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested clients to nurture leads.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers to prospective clients.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients.
- Handle client meetings, negotiations, and ensure timely booking closures.
- Maintain daily call logs, follow-up records, and CRM updates.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and 4X revenue justification.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to maximize conversions.
- Company will provide complete project training, marketing support, and qualified leads to help achieve targets.
Performance Expectation:
- Generate a minimum of 4X revenue against monthly remuneration.
- Full support, training, and sales assistance will be provided by the company to achieve the assigned targets.
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹60,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Working Days: Wednesday to Monday (Tuesday Off)
Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
