Job Description – Sales Coordinator (Real Estate)

Position: Sales Coordinator

Department : Sales

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and manage the day-to-day activities of the sales team.

* Maintain attendance, performance trackers, and daily work reports of sales executives.

* Verify broker bills, commission claims, and supporting documents before processing.

* Coordinate with the Accounts department for broker commission payments.

* Maintain broker records, commission details, and payment status.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS and reports for management.

* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations related to the sales team.

* Maintain sales-related records, files, and office documentation.

* Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Head and management.

* Ensure timely submission and proper maintenance of all office-related sales documents.

Required Skills :

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.

* Good organizational and documentation skills.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

* Prior experience in the real estate industry will be preferred.
