Job Description
**Sales Executive (Real Estate)**
*Candidates without real estate experience, please do not apply.*
**Location:** Galaxy Blue Sapphire Plaza, Greater Noida
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive with hands-on experience in real estate sales.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Leads will be provided; you will be responsible for calling and converting them into site visits
* Invite and manage clients for site visits and follow-ups
* Achieve monthly sales targets consistently
* Handle sales for both residential and commercial projects
* Must have good knowledge of the real estate market
* Conduct site visits and assist clients throughout the buying process
* Close deals and complete necessary documentation
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales is mandatory
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to handle clients and close deals independently
