Job Description

Key Responsibilities


* Greet and welcome customers politely.

* Take customer orders accurately.

* Serve food and beverages on time.

* Handle billing and cash transactions.

* Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, and counters.

* Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

* Assist in food preparation and packaging.

* Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.

* Work as part of a team to achieve service goals.

* Refill stock and maintain inventory items.

* Follow company policies and shift schedules.
