Job Description
We are looking for a young, energetic, and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be organized, and enjoy interacting with customers while coordinating closely with the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily sales activities with the Sales Manager.
Prepare and send emails, quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications.
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Schedule and coordinate customer meetings, appointments, and product demonstrations.
Maintain customer databases and update CRM records.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and MIS data.
Support marketing and lead-generation activities as required.
