Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and customer-driven Sales Executive who can manage end-to-end property sales—from lead handling to closure. The candidate should have strong communication skills, deep market understanding, and the ability to build trust with homebuyers.

 

Key Responsibilities

Lead Handling & Customer Consultation

  • Engage with leads generated via digital, referrals, portals, and walk-ins.
  • Understand customer needs (budget, location, configuration, lifestyle).
  • Present suitable apartment/home options with clarity and confidence.
  • Provide project walkthroughs, USPs, pricing, payment plans, and location insights.

Site Visit Management

  • Conduct on-site project tours and guide customers through amenities, sample flats, and layouts.
  • Explain legal, financial, and technical aspects of the property.
  • Ensure an excellent on-ground experience to maximize conversion.

Sales Negotiation & Closure

  • Address all customer queries related to project features, approvals, possession timelines, and documentation.
  • Work closely with the sales manager on pricing negotiations.
  • Drive booking confirmations, token payments, and paperwork.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up until final closure.

Coordination & Documentation

  • Coordinate with CRM, Telecalling, and Finance teams.
  • Assist customers with home loan approvals and required documentation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates in the CRM system.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any field (MBA preferred).
  • 2 years of experience selling apartments/homes.
  • Strong communication in English & Hindi; regional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Deep understanding of local real estate market and projects.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and email communication.
