Job Description

About the RoleNetcradus Private Limited is seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Managers to drive business growth and expand our customer base for cybersecurity and software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and acquire new clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports in CRM systems.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, IT sales, software sales, or cybersecurity sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and software services is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
