Banquet Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle banquet hall sales and event bookings
  • Attend and convert customer inquiries into bookings
  • Conduct banquet site visits with clients
  • Manage wedding, birthday, and corporate event bookings
  • Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp
  • Maintain strong client relationships
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Coordinate with the operations team for smooth event execution

Requirements:

  • Good communication and sales skills
  • Experience in banquet, hospitality, real estate, or event sales preferred
  • Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge
  • Confident personality with professional behavior
  • Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
