Sales Manager – Fire Safety & Electronics Products

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager / Team Leader to lead our sales team and drive B2B sales for Fire Alarm Systems, Emergency Exit Lights, Fire Suppression Systems, and other fire safety products. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in achieving sales targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the sales team.

• Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance.
• Recruit, train, and motivate sales executives.
• Achieve individual as well as team sales targets.
• Generate new B2B business opportunities.
• Develop dealers, distributors, contractors, and OEM clients.
• Conduct client meetings and product presentations.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers.
• Monitor daily sales reports and pipeline.
• Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, and Management.
