Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to generate leads, identify customer requirements, and assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties. The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.


Key Responsibilities


* Generate and qualify leads through various marketing channels.

* Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

* Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams.

* Negotiate pricing and terms between buyers and sellers.


Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).

* 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales, insurance sales, banking sales, or direct sales.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
