Job Title: Sales Manager – Weddingzvenue.in
Location: Ghaziabad (Work from Office)
About Us
Weddingzvenue.in is a fast-growing wedding venue booking platform that helps customers find and book the perfect banquet halls, hotels, resorts, farmhouses, and wedding venues. We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads and convert them into confirmed venue bookings.
- Follow up with clients via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable venues.
- Schedule and coordinate venue visits.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals.
- Maintain CRM records and daily sales reports.
- Achieve monthly revenue and booking targets.
- Build strong relationships with venue partners and event vendors.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth booking execution.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Banquet Sales, Hospitality, Real Estate, or Event Sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
- Graduation preferred.
