Timing: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM

Salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000 per month

Job Description -

We are looking for a responsible and organised person who can independently manage the daily operations of our small office. The role includes office administration, basic invoicing, data management, customer follow-ups and basic marketing and sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations and ensure timely completion of work.
• Prepare basic invoices, quotations, proposals and payment records.
• Contact potential customers to understand their interest and requirements.
• Coordinate with clients through phone, email and WhatsApp.
• Provide regular updates on pending payments, leads and office tasks.

Candidate Requirements

• Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, email and Google Drive.
• Comfortable with customer calling, follow-ups and basic sales activities.
• Organised, punctual, trustworthy and able to work independently.
• Candidates living near Greater Noida West will be preferred.
