Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Support Executive to assist the sales team with daily coordination, customer communication, documentation, and backend operations. This is a non-target-based role, focused on supporting smooth sales processes and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer updates

• Maintain customer records, sales data, and reports
• Handle emails, calls, and follow-ups with clients professionally
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents
• Support clients with product/service information
• Coordinate with internal departments for timely delivery and issue resolution
• Maintain CRM and database accuracy
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of records

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email handling
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
