Job Description
A Showroom sales manager has to oversee daily dealership operations, drive vehicle sales targets, and lead the floor team. Core duties include tracking inventory, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Set monthly and daily team quotas, track conversion rates, and coach floor consultants to close deals.
- Showroom Operations: Maintain bike and scooter displays, manage test-ride fleets, and oversee stock levels.
- Customer Relations: Resolve buyer complaints and streamline financing, insurance, and vehicle registration paperwork.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in automotive retail sales, specifically with motorcycles or scooters.
- Skills: Strong leadership, local market knowledge, basic data tracking, and negotiation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Salary ranges or incentives 20000 INR to 30000 INR PLUS INCENTIVES.
