Are you a skilled Solar Technician who can seamlessly transition from managing on-site projects to solving customer complaints? We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:
Project Execution: Handle end-to-end solar installations, site surveys, and commissioning.
Customer Support: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve consumer complaints and technical glitches promptly.
Team Coordination: Manage on-site workers and ensure safety compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in solar PV system installation and maintenance.
Strong troubleshooting skills (inverters, batteries, net metering).
Excellent communication skills to handle consumer queries with patience and professionalism.
An ITI, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical/Solar Engineering is a plus.
