Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Telecallers to generate leads, follow up with customers, and support sales activities across multiple industries. Candidates will be responsible for outbound calling, customer engagement, lead qualification, follow-ups, and sales conversion. The role involves handling leads received through various channels and maintaining strong customer relationships. Based on candidate suitability, profiles may be aligned to different client requirements. The role combines telesales, customer communication, lead conversion, and relationship-building responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Follow up with interested leads and existing customers
• Generate and qualify leads
• Explain products and services to customers
• Convert inquiries into sales opportunities
• Handle customer communication via calls and WhatsApp
• Maintain CRM and lead records
• Coordinate with internal teams for successful closures
• Achieve daily and monthly targets
• Build long-term customer relationships

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi
• Basic English communication preferred
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp)
• Freshers can apply
• Prior telecalling, telesales, customer support, lead generation, or sales experience is preferred
