Job Title: Telecaller / Customer Support Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to manage customer communication, confirm orders, provide assistance, and coordinate with external suppliers for smooth operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to customers for order confirmation and delivery verification

* Handle inbound customer queries regarding orders, products, payments, and delivery status

* Provide timely and professional customer support via calls, WhatsApp, or email

* Coordinate with external suppliers/vendors for stock availability, dispatch, and issue resolution

* Maintain records of customer conversations, follow-ups, and supplier updates

* Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when required

* Ensure high customer satisfaction through polite and efficient communication

* Support daily backend operations related to orders and logistics

Requirements:

* Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English

* Prior experience in telecalling/customer support preferred

* Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Web, email handling)

* Strong follow-up and coordination skills

* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

* Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Skills:

* E-commerce / COD order confirmation experience

* Familiarity with courier and supplier coordination

* Sales-oriented communication skills

* Knowledge of any regional language is a strong plus, especially South Indian languages such as Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam

Salary: As per experience + incentives based on performance
