Job Title:Counselor/Telecaller - Business Development

- Job Responsibilities:Identify opportunities for new business development through lead generation.
- Generate leads via outbound calls, messaging, and emails.
- Counsel potential clients about the program and persuade them to attend trials or webinars.
- Coordinate and follow up on pre-sales and post-sales activities.
- Build and maintain long-term trusting relationships with clients.
- Create and manage a database of prospective clients using Salesforce or Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and outreach targets.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress.
- Daily & Weekly Targets:Daily Actions:
- Make a minimum of 150 outbound sales calls.
- Respond to client inquiries and emails promptly.
- Update CRM with the latest information on leads and opportunities.
- Meet daily outreach and follow-up targets.
- Weekly Actions:
- Generate a minimum of 30 interested candidates.
- Submit weekly progress reports to the sales manager.
- Experience Required:0-3 years of work experience as a Telecaller or similar role in a BPO or sales environment.
- Qualifications:Completed graduation in any stream.
- Skills Required:Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to converse fluently in both English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong record-keeping and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, creative, and ambitious with a strong willingness to learn.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and energetic personality.
- Mandatory Requirements:Politeness and professionalism while handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Strong ability to handle objections and provide solutions.
- Training & Compensation:Training Period: (Stipend: ₹5,000).
- Salary Post-Training: ₹15,000 per month.
