🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and technically aware Telecaller to drive inbound and outbound sales calls. The ideal candidate understands construction materials or paints, can explain product benefits clearly, and can convert leads into orders.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to contractors, builders, architects, project managers & dealers
• Handle inbound inquiries from Amazon, website, and WhatsApp leads
• Explain product features, application, coverage, and pricing clearly
• Generate, follow up, and close sales leads
• Maintain daily call records and update CRM/Excel sheets
• Coordinate with the field sales team for site visits and demos
• Meet monthly call and conversion targets

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Civil Engineering / Architecture / any stream
• OR diploma/experience in paints, construction materials, or building products
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
• Basic knowledge of construction terminology — waterproofing, roof coating, RCC, masonry
• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven
• Basic computer skills — Excel, WhatsApp Business, email

🌟 Preferred Background

• Experience in selling paints, waterproofing, construction chemicals, or building materials or science background
• Prior telecalling or inside sales role in construction/real estate sector
• Understanding of B2B sales to contractors, PMC firms, or architects
