Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to generate sales for our premium school uniform hosiery fabrics. The role involves reaching out to existing and potential customers, understanding their fabric requirements, generating inquiries, converting leads into orders, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to garment manufacturers, school uniform suppliers, wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.
• Introduce and promote our range of school uniform hosiery fabrics.
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and follow-up calls.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team for quotations and samples.
• Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
• Maintain daily call reports, lead status, and customer database in Excel/CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales and call targets.
• Coordinate with dispatch and accounts teams for smooth order execution and payment follow-ups.
• Collect market feedback regarding pricing, competitors, and customer preferences.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Good command of Hindi. Basic English communication is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Qualification

• Graduate or 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).

Experience

• 1–4 years of experience in Tele Sales, Tele Calling, or Inside Sales.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in textile, fabric, garments, school uniforms, hosiery, or B2B sales.

Salary

• ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience)
• Attractive Incentives based on sales performance.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday
• 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
