Tender Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Tendering Executive with a Mechanical Engineering background . The candidate will be responsible for preparing technical and commercial bids, analyzing tender documents, coordinating with OEMs and internal teams, and ensuring timely submission of bids as per client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Study and analyze tender documents (technical and commercial) from government or private clients.
• Prepare tender documentation, including BOQs, compliance sheets, technical details, and pricing formats.
• Coordinate with OEMs, suppliers, and project teams for obtaining quotations, technical submittals, and product specifications.
• Manage tender submission schedules to ensure all documentation is completed before deadlines.
• Maintain and update the tender tracker, vendor registrations, and related portals (GeM, CPWD, IREPS, etc.).

Key Skills & Competencies

• Basic understanding of HVAC / mechanical systems, drawings, and BOQs.
• Knowledge of tendering procedures, government e-portals, and documentation formats.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PDF editing tools.
• Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail.

Qualification & Experience

• Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Software Skills: MS Office (Excel & Word), email communication, and basic knowledge of government e-tendering portals.
