Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Type and format documents with high accuracy.
- Prepare letters, notices, question papers, reports, and other official documents.
- Edit, proofread, and correct typing errors.
- Maintain digital records and files.
- Convert handwritten or scanned documents into editable formats.
- Perform data entry and document management tasks.
- Ensure confidentiality of all official documents.
- Complete assigned work within deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
- Good typing speed in English (Hindi typing is an added advantage).
- Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and Google Docs.
- Good grammar and formatting skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
