Job Description

Bam Foods LLP, a dynamic and innovative Seafood Industry, is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our team. As a Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing.


Responsibilities


  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media platforms promptly and professionally.
  • Identify and resolve customer concerns, complaints or technical issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and support to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
  • Communicate customer feedback, insights, and recurring issues to relevant departments to improve products/services and customer experience.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and their needs are met.
