Job Summary

We are hiring Labour Helpers to support daily site and operational activities. The role involves assisting skilled workers, handling materials, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure smooth workflow at the project/site.

• 🔑 Key Responsibilities-🛠️ General SupportAssist supervisors, technicians, and skilled workers in daily tasks
• Support installation, maintenance, and operational work
• 📦 Material Handling-Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Shift materials within the site as required
• 🧹 Housekeeping-Maintain cleanliness and organization at the worksite
• Ensure proper disposal of waste materials
• ⚙️ Site AssistanceHelp in basic tasks like holding tools, arranging materials, etc.
• Follow instructions from supervisors for day-to-day work
• 🛡️ Safety ComplianceFollow all safety rules and PPE guidelines
• Use safety equipment such as helmet, gloves, and shoes
• Report any unsafe conditions immediately
• 📌 Requirements-Minimum 8th / 10th pass
• Physically fit and able to handle manual work
• Willingness to work at site and in outdoor conditions
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
• ⭐ Preferred SkillsPrior experience as a helper/labour in construction or industrial projects
• Basic understanding of tools and materials
• 🕒 Working ConditionsSite-based work (outdoor/industrial environment)
• May involve long hours and physical activity
• Shift work if required
